This module will help you refresh your safety skills with a clear outline of radiation protection methods. Safety practices also are discussed and serve as a reminder that patient safety is always a top priority.


Essentials of Digital Imaging Module 6: Dose Reduction and Patient Safety is the sixth in a series of seven modules. This easy-to-follow educational program is designed for technologists who want to stay current in their career by discovering how technology has advanced digital imaging and learning the fundamental aspects of digital processing. After successful completion of all seven modules, participants will receive a recognition of achievement from the ASRT.
