Audience: Radiologic Technologists, Managers
This module describes the concept of at-will employment, reviews laws that define collective bargaining and discusses the Fair Labor Standards Act. You will learn how to differentiate between exempt and nonexempt employees, understand federal legislation that affects rights in the workplace, define workplace harassment and apply criteria for the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

This activity may be available in multiple formats or from different sponsors. ARRT regulations state that an individual may not repeat a self-learning activity for credit if it was reported in the same or any subsequent biennium.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this module, the participant will be able to:
